For our Introduction to Human Computer Interaction Methods class we, over the course of a semester, worked in groups towards redesigning certain aspects of the Palm Pilot -- the calendar and to-do list applications. Using a variety of methods (listed below), we created a design to suit the needs of the larger class of Palm users.

HCI methods used: Affinity Diagramming, Contextual Inquiry/Design, Keystroke-Level Modeling, Heuristic Evaluation, Cognitive Walkthrough, and Think Aloud.
