For our initial project in Interface and Interaction Design, we were asked to redesign a widget of our choosing. I decided to redesign the familiar numeric pad on a microwave. My solution adopted a shuttle-style control that would allow users to set and change cook time with the simple twist of a dial.

Final deliverables for this project were an 11x17" poster and a designed cd label.
